to upgrade to 9.2.0.8. The “Ora-32700 error occurred in DIAG
Group Service “ occurred at the
time of startup database with migrate option.

To Resolve the problem follow these steps to turn RAC off

$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib

$ make -f
ins_rdbms.mk rac_off ioracle
