Step 1 Startup the database with mount option
SQL> startup mount
Step 2 Recreate datafile
SQL> alter database create datafile ‘’ as ‘’ size ;
Step 3 Online the datafile
SQL> alter database datafile ‘’ online;
Step 4 Now Open the database
SQL> alter database open
